Iitjee 2011 held on 10th April approximately 5 lack student appears in this examination .this time the question pattern is different from the last time in several aspects . one in the first paper –I the total number of questions are approximately 69 in each subject 23 question are asked the new thing in this paper is there is no passage type question asked and the assertion and reason type of questions are also missing from the question paper .the paper –I and paper-II both consist of integer type of question and the total number of integer type of question approximately are 36 means iit increase the weight in integral type question .in this exam the the different pattern of question are single choice correct objective, more than one choice ,integral type and match the following (only in paper-II) THE MISSING questions are assertion and reason, thought  type question .
The level of question is mixed in math one can say 40%question is difficult, in physic 35% is difficult and in chemistry 30% question are little difficult .from the student point of view this paper is very balanced except few question all question can be solve if a student have completed the NCERT books .student are very happy to see the question but there are lots of question in which there is a possibility to make the mistake
Now come to the point of selection both the paper are of 240 marks each means 480 marks paper-II is little bit difficult than paper-I ,and the expected CUTTOFF may be 180 marks that is 37.7%.in this year iitjee  committee decided to give the solution of the all questions in their website after 48 hours of the examination so student can expect on Tuesday they can check there marks and can able to predict there rank. If you want to get under 1000 rank than your marks must be more than 265 .
